Bronte Beach house
Gadigal land.
Located a stone’s throw away from Bronte Beach this coastal home boasts contemporary luxury with a to die-for view.
Originally a 1930’s bungalow the residence was transformed for a family with grown children, the spaces allowing for continuing cohabitation. Overlooking Bronte Beach this home is nestled into the site with extensive landscaping. The house is wrapped in a textural palette of materials including natural stone, recycled timber and off form concrete. Internally the use of sophisticated materials and tactile finishes add a richness in colour and expression.
The generous living spaces extend beyond the building threshold with a cantilevered balcony allowing for views outward to the nearby ocean. The balcony hovers over the landscaped garden seamlessly connecting the interior living spaces to the outside spaces successfully merging them into one.
